Yes. Consultations in your native language are available via LINE and WhatsApp, and our clinic has interpreting staff on-site. From booking to procedure guidance, everything proceeds without any language concerns.
QAre same-day bookings or same-day treatments available?
It is possible in many cases. If you contact us via LINE or WhatsApp, we will promptly check same-day availability for you.
QAre you open on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we are open on weekends and public holidays as well. For exact hours, please check the clinic hours listed at the bottom of the page.
QIs a deposit or advance payment required?
No. There is no payment required at the time of booking. You can pay at the clinic on the day of your treatment.
QIs the displayed price the total cost?
Yes. The prices listed in the price table on the event page apply exactly as shown. No additional charges are added arbitrarily; the amount only changes if you add or modify a procedure.
QCan I pay with an overseas card?
Yes, payments with internationally issued cards (such as Visa or Mastercard) are accepted.
QIs there a place where I can store my luggage?
Yes. The clinic has a storage space for luggage, so you can visit comfortably even before check-in or on the day of your departure.
