ClinicKorea (clinickorea.com) is a medical-tourism information platform operated by Corement ("we", "us"). We introduce partner clinics in Korea and relay your consultation or reservation requests to the clinic you choose.

Information you provide: name or nickname, contact details (phone, email, or messenger ID such as WhatsApp / LINE / KakaoTalk / WeChat), preferred language, the clinic and treatment you are interested in, and the content of your inquiry or chat messages.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and advertising attribution parameters (e.g. UTM tags, click identifiers) stored in cookies so we can measure which advertisement brought you to us.

To relay your inquiry or reservation request to the clinic you selected and to help the clinic respond to you.

To respond to you directly via the messenger channel you contacted us on (e.g. WhatsApp or LINE), including translated replies.

To measure advertising performance and improve our service (aggregate analytics).

To send you service-related notices such as reservation confirmations or event coupons you requested.

With the partner clinic you chose — limited to what is needed to handle your consultation or reservation (your name, contact channel, language, and inquiry content).

With Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp) — conversion events for advertising measurement, and message delivery when you contact us on WhatsApp. Messenger platforms process messages under their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use first-party cookies to remember your language, session, and the advertising source that brought you here (UTM / click ID). These are used for measurement, not for selling data. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Inquiry and chat records are kept while needed to provide the service and for up to 3 years for dispute resolution, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 7).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time. Contact us through the inquiry form on this site or the messenger channel you used, and we will handle the request without undue delay.

Access credentials and messenger API tokens are stored encrypted, access to personal information is limited to authorized staff, and all traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS).

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
